Innovation: The product of necessity, pressure and timing. (Ad augusta per angusta)
Politics: The product of mutually-exclusive ideals, polarizing statements and impeccable timing. (An nescis, mi fili, quantilla sapientia mundus regatur?)
Success: The product of tunnel-vision, obsession and an incredible pain-threshold. (Ad astra per aspera)
Honor: The product of courage, truth, personal sovereignty, fidelity, discipline, freedom and perseverance. (Honor virutis preamium)
Solutions: People are generally ill-equipped problem-solvers because of their black vs. white two sided approach to reasoning: The solution to any problem is either this or that but certainly nothing besides. Innovation is produced by choosing to explore unique (and occasionally uncomfortable) alternative solutions. The key is practicality and usability over consensus and comfort.
