Access Probability
(A)ccess (P)robability or AXP:
A mathematical formula (based upon probability and random walk principles), that describes the probability of a given web resource being accessed by a search engine user. An original search marketing metric that provides a more accurate and complete picture of search marketing campaign progress. This innovative technology currently powers PPM's Keyword Ranking Performance(tm). AXP is calculated using a deceptively simple algorithm that relies on novel data inputs.
An additional flavor of this technology exists which determines the access probability of given website by sales motivated consumer traffic.
