Perception Index

Perception Index (P)erception (I)ndex or PI:
A mathematical formula for estimating the global perception and opinion of a given hyper-document, exclusively through a novel method of citation analysis and weighting. This technology lends itself readily to Internet reputation management and tracking the effect of various citation building efforts and viral marketing campaigns.
